Now that we’ve covered analysing data through an intersectional lens, let’s look at how to use your findings to design policies and programs that support all staff and students.
In this session, we ask three panellists how they took an intersectional approach to:
- ensure culturally safe learning for Muslim students on clinical placements
- diversify the curriculum in the School of Media and Communications
- create an academic promotions process that is equitable for Indigenous staff
Through these case studies, you’ll hear examples of actions that were designed with intersectionality in mind and get practical advice from the people who implemented them.
