Reflection in Practice sessions are informal discussion spaces for participants in the Intersectionality Series.
It’s an opportunity to ask each other questions, exchange perspectives on the previous sessions’ content and workshop ideas for applying intersectionality in your organisation’s gender equity, diversity and inclusion work.
In this Reflection in Practice session, we want to hear how you might embed intersectionality in your policies and programs.
You don’t need to be an expert in intersectionality; we’re all learning and we find that it really helps to work on our approach with others.
So come and share any advice or challenges you’ve encountered – you might even pick up new tips for your own work!
When
Tuesday 19 September 2023, 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm AEST. This session will not be recorded.
Where
Online via Zoom.
Who should attend
Any staff member or student from a SAGE subscriber organisation is welcome to attend, but we think you’ll find this session most useful if your work involves reviewing organisational policies or designing equity and inclusion programs.

You’ll get more out of this session if you attend or watch the recording for the webinar ‘Turning data into action’. Try using the Individual Learning Plan [DOCX 324 kB] to help you think of questions to explore.
