This document highlights UQ’s work to address gaps in policy and practice that limited visibility, awareness, and support for transgender and gender-diverse (TGD) staff by embedding inclusive policies, strengthening workplace culture, and enhancing visibility of LGBTQIA+ inclusion, with the goal of fostering a safer, more affirming environment for staff and students.
