The Australian Institute of Marine Science has received its third SAGE Cygnet Award, which recognises the institution’s progress toward gender equity, diversity, and inclusion.

This document highlights AIMS’s work to address barriers to the attraction and selection of women into STEMM positions, as well as the lack of intersectionality and inclusion of other demographics. Work focused on improving the diversity in AIMS’ workforce composition and promoting a diverse and inclusive recruitment process.
