How can we remove barriers to LGBTQIA+ people reaching their full potential in STEMM?

Welcoming and valuing LGBTQIA+ professionals and students is beneficial to both individuals and organisations, however there is still a great deal of work to be done to create safe and inclusive environments for LGBTQIA+ people in STEMM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Medicine) in Australia.
