In celebration of International Women’s Day 2022, Science in Australia Gender Equity (SAGE) Limited is proud to announce the Transforming Women’s Leadership Pathways (TWLP2030) program as the Platinum Sponsor of its upcoming conference, Diversity Interventions 2022 SAGE: Systemic approaches that work.

The Transforming Women’s Leadership Pathways program is an initiative of the PLuS Alliance, a tripartite alliance between Arizona State University, King’s College London and UNSW Sydney. By combining the strengths of three leading research universities on three continents, the PLuS Alliance strives to solve global challenges around health, social justice, sustainability, and technology and innovation.

TWLP2030 aims to dramatically shift the dial on women’s equity and to broaden pathways to leadership for women by 2030. The program delivers recommendations, resources and advocacy to transform the pathways to leadership for all genders, to ensure the profile of executive leadership across 10 major sectors is inclusive and sustainable, to see the leadership gender gap close by 2030.

As part of Diversity Interventions 2022 SAGE, TWLP2030 will bring together leaders from across three continents for an interactive panel discussion on their collaborative efforts to tackle women’s equity in leadership.

The panel, titled ‘Crossing continents: working globally and across sectors for practical solutions for women’s equity in leadership’, will be delivered virtually on Tuesday 5 April from 3 to 4 pm (AEST).
