Reflection in Practice sessions are informal discussion spaces for participants in the Intersectionality Series.
It’s an opportunity to ask each other questions, exchange perspectives on the previous sessions’ content and workshop ideas for applying intersectionality in your organisation’s gender equity, diversity and inclusion work.
In this Reflection in Practice session, we’ll reflect on the questions that we tried to answer in Session 4: Ethical qualitative data collection:
- What questions can be answered with qualitative data?
- How do we recruit a diverse range of participants for a survey or research interview?
- How should we protect participants’ safety?
- How can we ensure integrity in the way we collect, analyse and report data?
