The Australian Institute of Marine Science improved access to flexible work arrangements, leading employees to cite it as a decisive factor in choosing or staying in their roles.

AIMS updated their Enterprise Agreement and improved communications about their flexible work entitlements, to improve gender-equitable uptake.

Data indicates that the Institute is helping more women and under-represented groups feel they have opportunities to grow and succeed.
