Incremental change attempts to address barriers with small steps that promote gradual change over time. However, research consistently shows that the most successful and sustainable diversity interventions have one thing in common: a holistic, systems approach.

In this panel discussion, we brought together equity, diversity and inclusion innovators to discuss disruptive thinking and design, and explore how these concepts can be applied to break barriers, disrupt stereotypes and achieve systemic change.
